Dr. William O’Mara joined Southeast Texas Ear, Nose & Throat in 2003. He attended medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed his residency training at Tulane University School of Medicine. Following his residency, Dr. O’Mara completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is board-certified in both otolaryngology and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
